Meals for Minds
Meals for Minds is a Target-sponsored school pantry distribution that takes place on the third Wednesday of each month during the school year at Fort Worth ISD’s M.H. Moore Elementary School. Each student in the school is eligible to participate in the program and receives a minimum of 22 pounds of food each month, 25% of which is fresh produce. This mobile distribution follows the Client Choice model, where food items are arranged on tables and volunteers help families select and bag the foods they choose.
